Summary: This project aims at the development of an ontology-based knowledge system containing biological information on yeast. Such a knowledge system will allow biologists and bioinformaticians to efficiently retrieve biological information on yeast and, most importantly, to use this knowledge in the analysis of microarray data. The knowledge system will contain a compilation of all available information on yeast together with gene expression data from relevant microarray experiments. Read the extended summary
