Analysis patterns as developed by Fowler[13] aim to describe “standardized” ways of building conceptual models, to be “instantiated” for particular applications.
This project investigates the feasibility of adapting that mechanism to base those (domain) patterns on special ontologies, and so to formalize the link to the (application) though an appropriately redefined instantiation mechanism.
