The OOA membership is open to any individual or legal entity who subscribes to the mission of the OOA. There are two different types of membership: Active and Observer. Active members are full members of the OOA General Assembly, with all rights and responsibilities. Observer members attend the OOA meetings and activities by invitation. The membership becomes valid only after it has been confirmed by the Executive Council and after membership dues have been received.
