- The challenge of Competence Ontologies
A seminar by Claude Ostyn during the Knowledge Web general assembly.
Claude presented very well the main challenge of modeling, representing,
and using competence ontologies. The seminar was ended with a lively
discussion with all WP leaders, area managers, and other Knowledge Web
partners. It was clear how much the subjectivity and the dynamics of
competency definitions are difficult to model, represent, and exchange.
